Is GM police autoban on crack?

Hello, my account was recently banned for using illegal programs. I was wondering if I could find out what program is causing my ban, so I can avoid using it in the feature. Thank you for your time.

Poorly worded and straight to the point. (Wanted to use the "YOU MOTHER ****ING ***** ****** WHAT THE **** DID YOU BAN ME FOR!?" approach)

Unfortunately, your appeal to have your ban lifted sooner than the release date has been denied. Your account will not be released early from its block. Many players believe that this is an error, or that they are the victims of a glitch or bug. I assure you that this is not the case.

Be sure that you are not running any third party programs that enhance your game play. These are known as hacking tools. It is recommended that you do not run any other programs while you are playing MapleStory.

Account holders are required to play by the rules of MapleStory. You may want to review our Terms of Use for any further questions that you may have.

As a reminder, you will temporarily be off rankings until the ban has been served. As for whether or not you will be returned to rankings is yet to be determined. You will need to wait patiently until your account is released to see if you are placed back on rankings.
