Naricain Pendant's tradability, for the better or for the worse?

The only version of MS where this practice is actually forbidden is MapleSEA. I would assume that they wouldn't care about this practice in other versions of MS, given how they haven't made any statements about it like how they did with selling/buying leeching.

I thought it was SEA were having people holding the squad with AC and then selling off spots on a run. Thats when GM's stepped in and put the ban on the practice. (Unless I read it badly wrong?)
