Naricain Pendant's tradability, for the better or for the worse?

If they made these untradeable they should have also made dep stars untradeable since they have the ridiculous min lv of 50.

Just pointing this out, but having a minimum level requirement of 50 for an untradeable pendant that you can't get until you're level 80 is pretty pointless.
