Naricain Pendant's tradability, for the better or for the worse?

This is when you know you're a damage whore. Seriously... It'd be no different than before the Pendants were in the game. GMSers worry about their damage WAY too much.........

Yeah, I know. Those dipsh'its should have added points to Improving max HP Increase like all the other Brawlers and Warriors.
