Ice first i/l build (3rd job)

What I'm probably going to go with:

I'll probably use those free points either on Slow or on Comp Arrow, but I'm leaning towards slow at the moment as it might be useful in the future, whereas Comp Arrow is generally overshadowed by Chain Lightning and if you have an ice elemental wand, Cold Beam.

This was pretty much what I did, only with the last two points of Ice Strike after 11 booster, cold beam maxed (with ice wand) after Amp, and max booster for timer after that.

Otherwise, go with it.
