Naricain Pendant's tradability, for the better or for the worse?

Great...now they are forcing people to do the PQ if they want a pendant...what fun.

Well in my own opinion... If someone gets an item that godly, it shouldn't be purchasable for a mere 20m in the FM. I think items like that should be like a trophy for something that you did.
