Broa - Server is empty (apparently) and hackers run wild. I personally find that you have prob a 60% chance of running into nice people vs running into a deuche (of which I've met many of them). Most of the 4th jobbers know eachother and its very common for someone to atleast know of anyone you reference (atleast in my circles).
Just to put it in perspective, I rank in the 10K of the server on my priest and hes only lvl 85.
