FA happens 60% of the time (Lvl 30), so it’s not like you’ll never see FA, and it’s not like you’ll be doing PS->FA->PS->FA the whole time. 
FA’s dmg is 250%(L30), which is only 10% lower then PS(L30). So I find it decent damage, because 10% isn’t much really.
