Half the area bosses have been out for a while now, and the other half look to be on the way, so I thought I'd give you a heads up on where you can find each of them, and a quick overview of their stats and abilities. I'm going to start with the new ones, in ascending order from lowest level to highest, then do the already released ones later.
First up is Deo.

Deo is located in Ariant, as you can tell. He spawns on his own Hidden Street, called "Hidden Street : Royal Catthus Desert." This map is currently available in GMS, and you may have been there before, as he spawns alongside a good number of Royal Cactus. When Deo appears, his spawn is announced, as is the custom with area bosses. He can appear on either the right or left side of the map. Once engaged, Deo will slam his walking cane into ground, causing an earthquake style attack, which can be avoided by jumping. This attack only does approximately 300 damage, so it shouldn't be a danger to anyone. He's comparable to Stumpy in the first set. He also possesses level 1 defense up.
The quest to defeat Deo is available at level 38, and involves answering a series of questions for the Ariant refining NPC, and you need a complete Lidium to finish the quest. Beware, if you answer his questions wrong, you will lose the lidium and have to get another. In KMS, the order is: 2nd option, 2nd option, 1st option, 1st option. It should be the same. The correct answer may be more obvious in english, in which case those notes are unnecessary.
Next comes Serph.

Serph spawns at "Aqua Road : Seaweed Tower", which is an ordinary map that lays between Aquarium and Korean Folk Town. Serph spawns on one of the platforms of the "tower" and his spawn is announced. When you first encounter serph, he will be inside his shell, just like King Clang. Once you attack, he will come out and begin fighting. Unlike King Clang, however, Serph is stationary in both forms. Serph's main attack, then, is to spit pearls at you, which are avoidable projectiles. If you get too close, he will also remove the top half of his shell and proceed to smack you with it. The most dangerous thing with Serph is that he possesses level 8 Darkness, which has a 100% chance of 10 second darkness. However, since Serph can't chase you, it's rather easy to wait it out by standing outside his range. He also has Super Weapon Defense up, but not Super Magic Defense, so mages should not be hampered at all.
Serph does not have a quest associated with it, so it likely won't be hunted much, however in KoreaMS it does drop Chaos Scrolls. Whether it does here is a point of debate.

Faust spawns at "Hidden Street : The Forest of Evil I", which is the first map with Malady on it. You can easily tell it is the correct map by the "corrupted portal" located in the upper right hand corner of the map. This portal is part of the quest to defeat Faust, but we'll get into that in a minute. Faust sports quite a few skills, especially for a monster of its level. He sports 10 second Super Weapon Def. up, and can summon 3 Zombie Lupins at a time to help. He also has level 1 Attack up, Defense up, and Magic Attack up. Faust's attack is throwing a whole bunch of bananas, rather than just one. It deals about 500 damage, so it shouldn't be a problem for most.
Faust's quest can be quite annoying for several reasons. Firstly, it involves hunting Malady. Everyone hates Malady. Secondly, The Faust NPC, Reef, is only available at certain times of day. This time window is 5 PM to 7 AM server time; That's quite inconvenient if you live in distant time zones (This meant that, in KMS, he did not appear until 4 AM). If you can't play during that window, then you'll never be able to do this quest, so that's a bit lame. Otherwise, the quest is fairly straightforward; You'll need to visit Arwen, Grendel, Fanzy the cat, and the aforementioned Reef. Reef is located through the Corrupted Portal in the upper corner.

Timer spawns at Ludibrium : Whirlpool of Time. This map has Tick Tocks on it. Timer is infamously annoying for his Super KB attack, as well as long lasting Super Weapon Defense up, Super Magic Defense up, and stun. He, like Faust, has attack up, defense up, and Magic Attack up. When Timer attacks, his colorful head will rotate, revealing a gray reverse side. This is your cue to get out of the way if you don't want to be KBed into the far wall, though sometimes it will in fact be one of the skills instead.
I don't know a great deal about timer's quest, but it does involve hatching a baby timer egg by collecting toy caterpillars from Ticks and Tick Tocks. As mentioned above, Timer's not very popular due to the fact that the battle can be quite annoying. He also tends to be rather hard to find, as people will kill them on their way to papulatus. I don't think he has any noteworthy drops either.

Dile's quest begins at JM in the Streets of Kerning, and he has you go get a note from the Hut in the Swamp, which is located off of Dangerous Croko. The note is only available from 5 PM to 8 PM Server time, so that's an even narrower and more annoying window than Faust's quests. Once you get the note, it's time to go around and visit several people in kerning (Nella, Jake, Mr. Pickall, and Shumi) to collect information. Once you've gathered it all, report back to JM, talk to Lakelis, return to JM, then go kill Dile. Talk to JM one last time.

Zeno spawns at "Hidden Street : Gray's Plain", however this map in GMS has no name. It's accessed from pressing up on a rock on the upper level at Kulan Field 4. has no skills, but he makes up for it with the raw power of Super KB. It does about 650 damage, but you can jump to avoid it, so it's not too much of a problem. Still, since it's his only ability, he uses it quite a bit. As I recall, Zeno drops some pretty nice scrolls, but since he's in Omega Sector I doubt he will be hunted often.
Zeno's quest has some annoyances as well, but fortunately no time limits. You start at Dr. Kim, go to Alien Gray, and travel back and forth a few times. Dr. Kim wants to make a device to spy on Gray's telepathy, so you must gather the pieces for it. Once you have them all, he gives you one of 2 devices at a 50% rate. One works, one will misread Gray's thoughts. If you get this one, then you've failed and you have to collect items again. This can be pretty annoying. After you get the right one, go back to Dr. Kim and go kill Zeno.

Leviathan spawns at a map called "Hidden Street : Leviathan's Gorge", or alternatively "Leviathan's Valley". the name is still up in the air because, as is the case with Zeno's map, it lacks a name in GMS right now. This map can be reached by pressing up at Dragon Canyon (I need to revisit the area to get the exact map name), and is available right now. It can summon Wyverns of each color 2 at a time, so they might get in the way. He also possesses Weakness and Crazy Skull (the reverse controls move from Ariant Coliseum) so fighting him has the potential to be extremely deadly. Fortunately, no danger from Super Weapon Defense up or Dispel. Leviathan is known for dropping skillbooks, but because he's so dangerous and so far out there, he's not hunted too often. I imagine he'll become a new favorite solo boss challenge in GMS however, as he has that level of danger and challenge that we've come to love.
