My guild and alliance have started selling service for Scarlion (almost no one fights Targa anymore oO) at around 28m~35m. You can keep alive by standing on the top platform - that way, only the magic attacks (which are weaker, around 2k~3k, compared to melee, which is 7k~8k) hit you. Thus your survivability rate is higher.
