Let's say you have 800 int. MW9 gets you 40 int on top of all that... for three levels worth of SP? MW20 is cheap now. So that's like 80int.
Who wouldn't KILL for 80 extra int on their gear? Also, keep in mind that's an extra permanent 8 MP on each of your level ups.
I don't think even stuff like Pap should be picked over Newting. By Newting you'll get levels faster, period, so you'll get all those other skills faster too.

I would get Genesis 30 and MW20 (Hell, even MW30 when its out) but since I lack the funds, I'm stuck for now!
