How did you find maplestory?

I caught the infection from my son.

He wanted to try it because his cousins said it was great. However, he doesn't read English, so he was constantly asking me to read him quest instructions and skill descriptions and so on. At some point I grew frustrated with him not taking my advice, and made my own character, thinking, "I could do this better".

He still plays, but a lot less than I do.
