Position Summary:
We are currently looking for a total of fifteen (15) Game Masters, consisting of five (5) full-time and ten (10) part-time. The Game Master provides on-line in game monitoring for all Nexon games to ensure Nexons Terms of Use and specific in game policies are being followed. This person will investigate reported harassment issues and escalate as needed based on the investigation. They will also manage and execute special in game events for on-line users. He/she will report directly to the Customer Support Supervisor.
This is temporary position located in our Los Angeles, California office with employment being handled by a third party vendor. Shift hours and days may vary as department hours are adjusted. Applicants need to be available to work additional overtime hours and weekends as needed.

Part-Time: Minimum of 16 hours/week

Responsibilities:
Local candidates will only be considered for the position
Be thoroughly familiar with company on-line game playing policies and Nexons Terms of Use.
Monitor and manage players to adhere to the company policy in playing the games.
Assist the players only when necessary, upon supervisors approval.
Document any activities that require further investigations.
Organize and run events for the player base.
Adhere to posted game policies of each product support.
Perform any additional tasks as assigned by Customer Relations Manager and/or Supervisor during the course of normal business game operations.
Qualifications:
Flexible work schedule. All employees may be required to work a variety of shifts including nights and weekends. Overtime may be requested during times of high volume due to game updates or product launches.
Must be able to deal with variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Possess good computer skills and knowledge of MS Office.
General experience with Massive Multiplayer Online Games and with Role-Playing games is preferred.
Work in team collaboration, be open to take suggestions and follow directions given by the supervisor.
Must be proficient in English spelling and grammar.
