Empty equip/etc. as much as possible.
Fill use with pots.
Go to monsters.
Train until one of the inventories is full, or pots run out (usually etc. fills first - wyverns have an awful equip drop rate)
I haven't done it for a while, though. It got a bit boring, and I take issue with sub-5% per hour rates.
