From the video, fighting Targa boss seems a lot harder than Scarlion boss.
In both normal and angry mode, the boss attack very low below 400
and a lot of 'MISS' too. But at the last form, is where the real trouble begins.

From what it looks like, it doesn't stun that often. Also, I noticed the top platform... is that a safe spot? If it is, then people will be able to snipe it up top?

The Targa hats look awesome, though the expression is permanent. They should've designed the hats only to have the ears and the hat... >_>
