More details on the boss fight:
Asiasoft is really creative, in the sense that, For the Targa helm, it gives MP and jump, the Scarlion one gives HP and speed. It isn't the case for nothing - apparently, according to my guildmates who've killed them many times, Targa has the ability to jump, Scarlion Boss has a faster speed.
And the stats of the helmets range from 18~20. That means its impossible for you to get a below average helm, unlike ZHelm. And the bosses drop the helmets at a pretty high rate as well - about 4 per kill. That's a total of 8 for both bosses.
As with most other bosses, you can enter the map only twice a day. (Even if you don't summon it, entering the map is considered 1 try). Most people try to get both helms.
It does 7k+ touch damage, and 2k+++ magic. If you're there only for the helm, you can afk at the top of the map - but beware, both Targa and Scarlion Boss have AoE attacks. As i said, its only around 2k, so it shouldn't be a problem surviving if you're not fighting it.
The Scarlion hat is more popular - partly because it adds HP, and because Targa is harder to take down.

Off-topic: In MSEA Elpam Magnets drop from Wolf Spiders, Temporal Fragments from I.AM.ROBOT. Weird? And if you go to any World Tour towns from NLC you return to Henesys instead of NLC.
