Based on my experience with chaos scrolls, when you have a secondary stat, the scroll is more likely not to give such crappy results, rather, it'll spread it evenly over the three stats, so by the time one stat disappears, the other stats will have boosted a higher amount.
pfft, I have no money in yellonde! I just did it for fun. got it up to 15 str tho, and last couple scrolls didn't like me
