*cough* You're probably looking of a price upwards of 500+ million for a 16 watk shield. As for the exact price range, no idea. Your friend most likely mentioned a 16 watk as it is supposedly the minimum requirement for 1h BWs to match the damage range of a 2h BW (it's close, though not correct). I would highly suggest going lower if 500 mil is out of your range.
