[MSEA] Game Client Patch and Cash Shop Update on 25/03

indeed it is a good patch,but the timing looks too short

expecting a extension for it

this is probably part of MapleStory Episode 2 (Changing of maps layout just like what THMS did do their Thailand)

I just realised. Pianus's spawn rate is not reverting back to original?

the announcement has this included as well

EDIT: The Patch will commences on 26th March instead of 25th March
