I doubt we'll be seeing the Monster Book before May (and the only reason I even think we'd see it that early is because of Isaac's prediction of an Anniversary release which seems feasible.) I also believe the Monster Book will be the main attraction of a patch, so when we get it, it will only come with small events and new gach, because it's so expansive. So on that same note, I highly doubt we'll see Monster Book and Maker released at the same time, or even within a month or two of each other.
My predictions are as follows:
April - Worthless patch
May - Anniversary (and possibly monster book)
June - New area, probably something big like the time temple because of kids needing something to do for the summer
July - Dumb summer events, new area bosses, mini dungeons
August - Continued dumb summer events, final area bosses, (and mini dungeons if not added in july)
September - Maker Skill and dumb back to school events (if monster book has been released, if not, Monster Book goes here)
October - Night Market and halloween events (hopefully not as terrible as this years event)
