I will post before I read any other reply, lol. My current motivations comes from my guild master, he reminds most of us that we need to get to 4th job as quickly as we can. Though he is not cruel, it keeps us working together for a common goal. 
There are days when none of us in the guild feel very motivated, but usually someone will come up with some thing new and challenging for a group of us to try out. So, for me, being in a great guild makes all the difference.
