If you have the cash... You could Hp wash SOO crazy with some 50+ gear + a full HT pendant. You might be able to HP wash every level.

I highly doubt a majority of Ranged classes will be willing to attempt to get roughly 15k HP base in order to survive a touch. That is just obscene amounts spend on resetting. Or, people would have to go blood and just pump all their points into it if they wanted to survive a touch hit.[/SIZE]
