I believe what will happen in patch .67 is that h4x0rz will explode in population and take over the world.

Actually, I think Maker skill will happen, and it is overdue. I dunno about Monster Book though, I sorta get the feeling that Nexon America is trying to write up stuff about the NLC monsters.
