Unfortunately, in most cases, leechers ARE bothering someone else.

The monsters they leech off of also happen to be popular training spots. Having a leecher there makes a map that can support 3-4 people into a two-player map. They also tend to stay for longer than the average player, in blocks of 4 hours each.

And yes, I've "tried" Scania. And Windia is just as bad. =\
