My brother did something like this with all the Jr. Yetis just outside of El Nath.
I've done shenanigans at Gobies, the same as LongShotJohn. Oddly enough people were relating this to autobans o.O
One time I tried to gather all the spawn from multiple platforms onto a single platform by repeatedly killing monsters on the other platforms. I didn't succeed =(
This one's sorta going astray from the topic, but I watched MM regenerate 75% of it's life from 1 HP >_>
