if i remember correctly, it works on angeo and BF and Pap form 2 @-a

Other than that, using it would require a fast moving mob, single target at best, tho it would still work in mobs of em, but the effect might not be as noticable.

And the working on bosses is based on using it on FMS and because mages Slow works as well.
