Also, would SI+ normal speed bow+ booster be faster than the xbow equivalant? Cause if it shoots faster than hurricane (arrows/sec) than it may have a point to give to BMs.

Bow Strafe+SI is 400 arrows per minute, Crossbow Strafe+SI is 380, both with Normal speed weapons.
