Anyway, as Kaasoperson says, imagine there are 100 doors. You pick one. Then he opens 98 of the doors that you didn't pick, and you see that they all had pineapples behind them.

Well since now you have 2 doors left and 2 doors to pick from it doesn't really matter. You can't choose the other doors, you only have 2 choices now. This still makes the most sense to me.
