Pfft, sez you. Pink Been needs over 200 acc to 100% hit. It's only natural that monster have higher avoid as the difficulty lvl increases.
About AP into HP for blood build, that's a tough debate. I should say it's very infeasible if the boss hits an excess of 15k however.
