I created my xbow just as 3rd job was about to be released. Sure I'm happy with it too, but recently, I've found myself in a bit of a slump too. I mean I always lvled slow, and I was fine with that. But recently with this PQ, I find that I'd basically be dependent on a high lvl BM or have to use apples just to finish the archer stage and then wouldn't really be all too useful beyond there (especially since I'll never be an SE mule and am keeping my SE low till 14X).
But ya know, I think my problem is that I'm just poor
. Having less than 3 Mil for several weeks can't be good for trying to upgrade from a 107 casa to something in the 114+ range. None-the-less trying to get pots regularly.
Really though, our class is not entirely our problem. Our main issues are that the layout of the maps is not in our favor currently; and the whole thing you mentioned with equips is related to my problem of being poor; which is a general problem that can affect anybody.
And yes, the monster book is the answer to everything. At the very least it will take a massive amount of what would otherwise be boring time when you don't feel like grinding and all the bosses are already being wiped out by someone else.
