This "stimulus" sale was a complete joke. Linguistically they were trying to rip off the terminology "American stimulus plan" as pertains to the economy. Realistically, they were wagging cash clothing items in front of your face, so you just have enough time to walk around, and then they poof and you have to buy them at full price, which is what the "stimulus" was all aobut. You're stimulating Nexon's profits.
I can understand limiting time on 2x cards or shop permits and related FM stuff. But clothes? Outside the familiar context of Maple, I haven't really heard of a place where expensive clothes fall apart after three months. Actually there's another version of Maple where clothing items are bought, you pay a one-time fee, and they're yours. I suspect Nexon will begin doing that close to the time (whenever that may be) that they plan to shut Maple down permanently and they need some last-minute scams.
