And you did the math wrong.

1/200*1/200=1/40,000
1/40,000*1/200=1/8,000,000

Still, that's .0000125% chance of it working, which is still rediculously small.

And since I s'pose even having the possibility of it would make people whine, it can only be used on the first slot of non-weapon equips :U
