ive got a dep star atm and with 35 base dex and my partially scrolled top/bottom and clean zhat i have about 140-145 acc (depending on my last helm reloot) which is more than enough for pretty much anything. warriors dont rely on the accuracy from htp. the 10 att will lure any warrior to a mark.
