I think the pendy is somwhat balanced. Mages won't need it. "most" thiefs won't. Alot of BM's have there builds around the 2x+ str bonus from HT pendents. However. Warriors, who compared to thiefs/Archers will get a nice bonus. But like I said its only somwhat balanced. Dexless NL's now have a new toy. and such.
A lot of warriors rely on the acc from HT pendants actually. Even though the naricain is comparable, it still doesn't give as much acc.
Once people adapt to this new change though, people will probably base their builds around these pendants. Until nexon comes out with another version that is. o.o
