err, yea it was meant to be +3ed with eggs, the quest is currently glitched so that it only allows one. What, you think they actually meant for us to chaos those last 2 slots? thats stupid, they would have had only 1 slot on the egg if it werent meant to have 3 eggs on it. And if i remember correctly, the egg glitch was fixed in KMS so that you could +3 it.
and wtp about there not being 10+ att gloves before dark scrolls. there were actually quite a few 10 and above att gloves, but they were not as common as they are now.
And another thing, these pendant s are balanced as it. One, it gives low hp people the chance to have enough hp to fight other things that need more hp to fight. Two, there are no slots on the dam thing, so there is really only gonna be 8~12 att on them no matter what (unless they change em), which is great for those who cant afford to pay the frackin 600+ mil to get an HT pendant+egg (might be lower now from hackers, and hacked runs are cheap). It gives people a chance to get the benefits of the HT pendant without having to deal with all the bull-shisha with having to pay a guild just to go on the dam run for it.
