People quitting their Pirates are no surprise. I knew it was going to happen as soon as it came out in GMS. Those players don't have the patience/mental ability to understand what the meaning of the class is. =/
Same here. For one example, I was stalking my guildie who was leeching his Pirate with his Bishop (surprise, surprise). A lone Goby came up to his Pirate, and the best he could do was a single Double Uppercut while he just let it fall while his Bishop kept nuking. ... no Flash Fist? No comboing of skills to kill that lone Goby?? I didn't say anything, but it was already proof of how much he sucks at the class.
Pirates are about timing, combos, and especially the fact that you are playing a unique class. Brawlers make me feel like I'm playing Street Fighter.
*Just so thread doesn't get too off-topic, Hopefully all those scrolled King Cents will flood the market. Lord knows I need a future Knuckle to upgrade to, and I won't be able to afford a HT pendant.
