Thieves arent as needed as you may think, just a NL at least, but I will take any, the more the merrier.
As far as Europeans go, Im still working on finding a timeslot that a majority of the squad can run on another day/time as well, since more than a weekly run would probably be nice for a lot of people.
Edit: Also untill our squad runs at least once to test our speed, im only allowing 120+ people to run (with maybe an exception or two for entrance needs).
Once I get a good idea of our PQing speed, I may bump the level limit down to 100+
