This drastically lowers their DEX and LUK, meaning the level of equip they can wear drops. If they are a lowDEX or dexless w/ a high level claw, they may lose about as much attack as they gain through the LUK, DEX, and potential attack lost). Pirates get a moderate boost, as do archers, while warriors get a dramatic one, as the Naric provides enough acc to make up for not having a scrolled HTP. Mages benefit from the HP boost and get a mild damage boost, leaving them mostly unaffected, but giving them a noteworthy health buff. Everyone benefits from the avoid, speed, and jump.
I personally want the HP boost more than the attack - combined with the 120 hp cape, that's 420 HP unbuffed, 672 with HB. 302.4 more HP to my zerk range once I level (288.96 w/lv 28 zerk). If I can net 50-80 HP on a clean zhelm, and maybe 30-50 on my 5 slot pants, that's 500-550 HP, 800-880 with HB. Almost 1k gained, meaning almost 500 to my zerk range. Friggin sweet.
Uh, this pendant helps equip-statless classes more than anyone else. Part of the reason normal builds were better than statless builds is because HT pendants made getting a large amount of secondary stat bonus very easy, thus lowering the amount of main stat lost.
Trying to be AP-dexless instead of adding 17 dex for a 10 ATT pendant is retarded.
