The better shoes are the ones that give you more damage (if you don't care about jump at all), so you can use a damage calculator to check which ones give you the higher range. To get a quick estimate of how much DEX = 1 WA, just divide your total DEX by your total WA.

I would go and 30% some above average bowmen shoes since they're cheap in the MTS (my current pair of Arnahs started clean with 8 stats on them) although FS do have much higher resell value.
