maybe gobies? idk... i'd say typhons, but you dont really stun there, and the JQ is hard for you. Anything in Leafre is gonna drain your pots, as far as i can tell. Same with himes... only other thing i can think of for training is Gobies, but dunno how good the money is(i trained there for like 5-6 levels, but never paid attention to pot costs until it was like 6 mil a repot at himes).

If you can get the marker, typhons i have heard cost very little pots. Though mastery is a bit useless.

I finished up all the quests... And training at Typhons gets me a good 15-20% and hour. Sad part is i was looking for a money maker and i got a money drainer.

I make - 200k per run and my 8 mil won't last very long at this rate
