The song basicially takes lots of other small ones that are fairly popular on nico and meshes them together, if you didn't already know that.
It and the other Automatic Mario videos are basicially extentions of what can be called a meme on Nico Nico, [MAD] videos, where dialogue or songs are superimposed on other songs or sounds. The Ronald McDonald insanity video is an example of one, but there are hundreds of others.
