Most of us don't understand (more than a few phrases of) Japanese, therefore the spoken lines are seen as white noise - we don't actually listen to any of the words. We can take the voice acting and ignore little verbal tics/mannerisms that would be jarring or annoying if we actually spoke Japanese.
Or... that could just be the Japanese language flowing more smoothly than the English language thanks to its morae
