I haven't tried the PQ yet (at this point it seems pointless to even bring my bowmaster all the way out there) but I think it would be a good idea to mention the glitches in their "official" thread in addition to logging tickets.

[edit:] There's also this thread in their Bug & Glitch report forum.

The problem is their forums are also glitched for the majority of players.
