All of this could have been answered by looking around the forums.
The boss' stats are posted in several threads. You can find them. Each of the four bosses drops one pendants.
BF is still easy to get past if you have someone to door you up or having the Phantom Forest map. Just have to be careful... It's not by any means impossible.
