ok, as harrisonized mentioned on page 13, there is a reward for the "To Fool a Liar" quest, called Tree Branch Nose. There are 4 sets of it as a reward(4 different item IDs, all same name). On top of there being only the +str one i know of from mushroom shrine, it also has an expiration timer on it.

So, whats up with these? Do they expire, as haha's extraction says(think haha has a lot of problems with her extraction, like the axe being classified as a sword, and lack of some info on the equips like slots for the 4 atk cape, etc). The extraction says "Dynamic Expiration Date Interval of Item #1: 10080 Seconds Since Item is Got" So idk what to think about that. Also, it has each of the 4 listed as 1% chance to get each of the 4 listed Tree Branch Noses.

Is there a tree branch nose that adds avg of 6 to each base stat? (Like one adds to int, a different one for dex, luk, str, so on). And if so, are these noses permanent? simply wow if they are, but i doubt im that lucky.
