This. Although the HT pendant will still have a purpose for those who have lowered their secondary stats significantly. I haven't lowered my STR that much so I could still get away with using the new pendant... but HT pendant def is so nice.

Can't wait to start seeing some videos of boss fights though, once people have become used to them.
