So far I rank the most dangerous of them as:
1. Mage - Zombify will get many newb parties killed, and 8k pillar is srs business.
2. Warrior - 6k touch can get ranged killed if they are not HP washed
3. Archer - 1/1 + poison combo is the only thing to be worried about. Easily remedied with a combo elixir + All-Cure/Antidote
4. Thief - Biggest beef is the supposedly high weapon defense, as well as high avoid to screw over warriors and poorly geared Brawlers.
Oh wait.... lewl. Exact order as Isaac listed them.
Zombify is no threat at all if you know what you're up against. All it does it make the fight more expensive. Obviously, bishops won't be healing as long as Margana is alive. Red nirg's touch really isn't a problem either because it moves so slowly, and archmages' slow counters Hsalf's speed up. 1/1 + poison is easily the most deadly out of any attack (unless Margana has damage reflect). If you've ever been poisoned by a zombie or anything else that deals damage + poison before, you'll notice that the first poison damage pops up literally like a millisecond after the damage from the actual attack pops up, which means it's an instant kill for anyone who doesn't have achilles/meso guard/holy shield/whatever.

I see Achilles coming into play for 4th job warriors when poison and "nuke"(1/1) is used at the same time.
Being "nuked" with Achilles leaves your char with some HP, now unless the poison does like a couple thousand damage per "bleed", it should be fine...otherwise >.>
Highly doubt it's a 5000% damage reflect. A warrior with 30k HP cant even take a hit from that assuming that warrior does 6+ damage... (yes thats a six, not six thousand)
On the other hand 500k HP recovered might be a bit much?
5000% damage reflect is possible... I seriously doubt that Nexon really understands how the skill works anyways.

Those are map objects, not monsters.
