Does anyone know if someone transfers out of your server, does the game still keep track if they changed names on the new server? I'm not sure which order it was. It was either the guy changed his IGN AFTER moving out of Bellocan, or BEFORE. 
The thing is he did both at about the same time, so I got a new name on my BL which links to him on rankings on the NEW server.
I used to be able to track him on rankings up until about 2-3 weeks ago. Now his exact same name brought up nothing. If that guy deleted his character, then
