Im a NL and even I think it is overpowered. 10 atk, 300 hp... As nice as that is, it's just too broken. HT Necklace is supposed to be the end-game equip for necklaces, there is no reason why a PQ should give you a better one.
Imo, the most it the necklace should give, is 300 hp, 5str/dex/int/luk, and maybe 1-3 atk/10-30 m.atk...
It really does need a nerf badly. Especially before people start buying them from each other in the FM, and then get screwed when the atk gets lowered
