Nexon doesn't use the same scripting language as Odin -_- it's not necessarily possible for them to do what private servers do.

In terms of Odin it would have been easier to do a shop than to make them able to sell in bulk. If you want to sell in bulk through NPC chat, you have to check for inventory space, make a proper text entry box, etc. for each item. Shops already handle all of that stuff.

Or, just have the items available as either singles, or 100. Or possibly have another selection after you choose the useable item from the npc to choose 1, 5, 10, 25, 50, or 100 of the particular item.

Another possible modification would be that you talk to the head Raven Ninja, and if you've completed the necessary quests, you'll have an option to move to their 'secret shop' which is just a different map with the one character as a shop npc.
